About

A coordination initiative — not a surgical provider.

Texas Amnio exists to link three groups: hospitals with the capacity to support recovery, donors who consent to participate, and surgeons whose patients may benefit from regenerative tissue.

Mission

Reducing medical waste, expanding regenerative access.

Each delivery generates biological material that, in the absence of a coordinated framework, is discarded. Our role is to make ethical, compliant recovery practical for partner institutions and to ensure processed tissue reaches qualified physicians.

Model

Coordination, not provision.

Texas Amnio does not perform surgical procedures and does not direct clinical care. We coordinate consent, recovery logistics, processing, and distribution through qualified partners.

Clinical decisions — indication, technique, and patient selection — remain solely with the licensed treating physician.
